May i know that in some research, the subheading bottom border is actually separated by small gap. How to acheive this in ms word? Because it seems like that solely applying the bottom border will create a continuous line, making it hard to discern some important subheadings

I don't know if this question will be answered but I need help hahaha (I'm writing my first research paper, pretty much a beginner at this). Would you say that literature review is to be written in the introduction? I did see that 0:36 says a "summary of previous research" but what if I wanted to write an entire section on what I have found/researched? Some websites (and my lecturer) say that literature review is a section on it's own titled "Literature Review", but I don't see such things in some research papers on pubmed, elsevier, etc. Quite confused, could anyone help?
Please , is it possible to repeat this for an English version for word documents? thank you.
